Food and Drug Administration sent a warning letter to Bayer concerning Yaz Contraception Advertisements

Bayer received a notification letter from the FDA in regard to their advertising of Yaz Birth Control as an acne breakout medication.

In accordance with the Food and Drug Administration, the television ads implied too strongly that Yaz can be applied as a medicine for zits. This letter was the starting point of a series of steps by the Food and Drug Administration and bad publicity for Yaz that recognized overstated results and plausible purposeful deception of consumers. Yaz Lawyers were starting to watch closely.

While it was true that at the time of the adverts Yaz was periodically used to treat acne, the Food and Drug Administration stated how the advertising applied by Bayer implied that Yaz was suited for the broad treatment of common complexion problems.

In the TV Ad, Balloons, a female with visibly clear skin smiles and acknowledges the “pimple” balloon as it floats from the middle within the tv screen and vanishes into the sky, in partnership with, the background song and a voice-over. The overpowering effect conveyed by the Television set Ads is the fact that treatment with YAZ brings about clean, breakout- free pores for those women experiencing break-outs when this has not been proven by significant proof or substantive clinical experience.

Conceivably one of the most powerful and influencing facts on Yaz and zits comes from personalized testimonials and experiences(both good and bad) from females who’ve used Yaz. These are readily available on the web. During the information gathering phase, Yaz Birth Control Lawyers have noticed a little ladies discover that using Yaz increases their acne, occasionally amazingly so. Other ladies have seen acne decrease after starting Yaz. There’s yet no tested way to anticipate what individuals will experience what (if any) effect on her acne by taking Yaz.
